The Pho3nix Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation focused on providing opportunities for promising young athletes and delivering programs that inspire children to participate in and pursue long term involvement in sport. Pho3nix Foundation’s flagship programs under the 4P’s pathway create a complete ecosystem for development through sport.

What level of my sport do I need to be at to be able to apply?
We are looking to support athletes on a pathway to competing at an Olympic and Paralympic sports level.
How many athletes do you accept into the program?
How will I know if I have been accepted?
All applicants who are short-listed for the Pho3nix Athlete Program will receive an email and be invited to participate in an interview with a member of the Pho3nix Athlete Program staff. After this interview, if you have been successful you will receive a formal invitation letter securing your position at the program.
What can I expect from being a part of the program?
- Financial support for training, equipment, and travel or high-quality training facilities and coaching
- Resources to enhance visibility
- A community of like-minded athletes facing similar challenges
- Mentorship from past Olympic and Paralympic athletes.

What can I spend my funding on?
Funding will be provided for costs directly related to competition and training. These costs may include:
- Tools of Trade (sporting equipment)
- Competition entry fees
- Travel costs directly related to competition
- Physiotherapy, Massage and Remedial services
- Association memberships
