Pho3nix Kids Move4Life inspires Thai children to be physically active through movement, develop skills for life through the athletic discipline of parkour: the practice of moving from point to point in the most fluid and efficient way possible.
Parkour encourages kids to explore the athletic capabilities of their body without assisting equipment, and usually involves elements of running, climbing, vaulting, jumping and balancing.
The first phase of Pho3nix Kids Move4Life brings access to sport and free meals to underprivileged children through a weekly series of parkour training classes. This then culminates in a three-day ‘Intro to Parkour’ event for hundreds of kids, spreading the message of movement.
