Donovan Carillo

In 2022 Donovan Carillo became the first Mexican in 30 years to qualify for the Winter Olympics, reaching the free skate final in Beijing. The only Mexican skater to qualify for three World Championship free skate finals, he is also the first Mexican skater to land a quadruple jump in competition. He is at the top of his game as he aims for Milano Cortina 2026 -- but closer to home, he runs a skating academy to help develop figure skating in his nation and train the next generation.
