Anastasiia Shepilenko

Anastasiia Shepilenko started skiing at the age of 3, encouraged by parents who were both retired professional skiiers. Soon she progressed from play to competition and began winning races, national championships, and international events. Forced to postpone her Winter Olympics campaign for Pyeongchang 2018 due to injury, she came back to ramp up for Beijing 2022 where she competed in three Alpine Skiing disciplines: Slalom, Giant Slalom, and Super G. Riding the confidence of competing at the highest level in her sport, the following season she ranked top 30 in Super G at the World Championships and was ranked top 150 in the world for Giant Slalom. She continually rises after every setback, the mark of a true Pho3nix.
