1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone.
2. Competition Hosts: The giveaway is facilitated by the Pho3nix Foundation in partnership with Swimming Australia.
3. Prize Details: Win one of eight framed t-shirts signed by 2024 Australian Olympians and Paralympians.
4. Duration: The giveaway runs from 6 November 2024 until 6 December 2024.
5. Entry: To enter, participants must like the competition promotional post and follow the Instagram account of the Pho3nix Foundation and Swimming Australia.
6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The selection will be conducted by representatives of the Pho3nix Foundation and Swimming Australia.
7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven days of the giveaway closing. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
8. General Terms: This giveaway is subject to Instagram’s terms of use. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram from any and all liability related to this giveaway. The Pho3nix Foundation and Swimming Australia reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
9. Disputes: Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of Australia and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
10. Privacy: Personal information provided by entrants may be used by the Pho3nix Foundation and Swimming Australia for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and for related promotional activities. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Pho3nix Foundation’s and Swimming Australia’s respective privacy policies.
11. Winner Announcement: The names of the winners will be announced on the website of the Pho3nix Foundation within seven days of the winner claiming the prize.

1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open only to residents of the Philippines aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Pho3nix Foundation, Sisi Rondina, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Hosts:
   The giveaway is facilitated by the Pho3nix Foundation and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
3. Prize Details:
   The total prize package is valued at ₱100,000 and includes:

• A ₱20,000 gift card to Decathlon.
• A ₱50,000 gift card to Nike.
• A Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch (approx. value ₱30,000).
• A volleyball signed by Sisi Rondina.

The prize components are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards. Replacement gift cards will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Use of Gift Cards and Other Prizes:

• Gift cards are valid only at the specified retailers and subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions.
• Any additional costs, such as shipping, handling, or in-store purchase logistics, are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.
• If a physical store is not located near the winner’s residence, or the retailer does not offer shipping to their location, Pho3nix Foundation is not responsible for providing alternatives.
• Any unspent balances on the gift cards are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Giveaway Duration:
   The giveaway runs from 6th December 2024 to 7th February 2025. The Organizers reserve the right to modify these dates at their discretion.
6. Entry Requirements:
   To enter, participants must:

• Like the competition promotional post.
• Comment on the post, tagging at least one other valid Instagram account.
• Follow the Instagram account of the Pho3nix Foundation.

Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries are permitted but must comply with these requirements for each submission.

7. Winner Selection:
   One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries using a randomization tool. The decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification:
   The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days after the giveaway period closes. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide delivery details.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Pho3nix Foundation reserves the right to disqualify them and select an alternate winner.
• Pho3nix Foundation may request proof of eligibility (e.g., residency). Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

10. Liability:
    Pho3nix Foundation is not responsible for:

• Lost or misdirected entries due to technical errors or connectivity issues.
• Loss, damage, or theft of the prize after delivery to the winner.
• Any delays in delivery caused by courier services or external factors.
• Disputes arising between the winner and the retailers regarding the use of gift cards.

11. Privacy:
    Personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway will be used solely for winner notification and prize fulfillment. The Pho3nix Foundation will handle personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
12. Acceptance of Terms:
    Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

   4. Duration: The giveaway runs from 9 May to 1 June 2025. Entries submitted after the end date will not be valid.

   5. How to Enter:
      To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period:
      a) Like the competition post on Instagram;
      b) Tag one friend in the comments who they would bring; and
      c) Follow both @pho3nixfoundation and @swimmingaustralia on Instagram.

      Multiple entries are permitted, however each comment must tag a different friend.

   6. Conditions of Entry:

      • Entrants must ensure their Instagram profile is public during the Promotional Period to validate their entry.

      • By entering, entrants release Instagram from all responsibility and liability.
