BIOGRAPHY
Australian boxer Skye Nicolson is paving the way for female boxing Down Under, serving as a positive role model for young girls in a male-dominated sport.
She relocated from her native Queensland to the United Kingdom in 2022 to pursue her dreams and become Australia’s highest-paid female boxer in the process. Since turning pro, she has built an impressive 17-1 record with three knockout victories. She has claimed the WBC Silver Featherweight and inaugural Commonwealth Boxing Council Featherweight titles, successfully defended the WBC Interim Super Bantamweight crown, and twice defended the WBC Featherweight world title.
During her amateur career she won a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and bronze at the 2016 World Championships. The Pho3nix Foundation supported her journey to her first and final Olympic Games in Tokyo as part of the inaugural Pho3nix Athlete Program, where she finished 5th.
