Every journey starts with movement.

A first step. A first run. A first time picking up a ball, stepping onto a track or discovering what your body can do.

At Pho3nix Foundation, we believe movement has the power to change lives. But for young people around the world, the opportunity to participate in sport – and to discover where it might take them, is not always equal.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

Pho3nix has worked to change that.

Across countries, communities and cultures, our programmes are helping young people access sport and physical activity, creating environments where they can move, participate, belong and believe in what might be possible.

Because participation is where everything begins.

For one child, movement might simply mean discovering the joy of being active. For another, it might build confidence, resilience and friendships. And for some, that first opportunity can become the beginning of a pathway that takes them further than they ever imagined.

Our role is not to create talent. It is to help unlock it.

Now, Pho3nix is moving forward too.

Over six years, Pho3nix Foundation has grown into a global movement, connecting young people, athletes, communities, supporters and partners through a shared belief in the power of sport.

And there is much more to come.

Over the coming months, we will take you inside that movement. We will share the people, programmes and stories behind Pho3nix; celebrate the athletes who inspire the next generation; and show what can happen when access becomes opportunity.
