Usain Bolt, Anthony Joshua and James Corden Headline Inaugural Pho3nix Gala to Empower Youth through Sport

Zurich, Switzerland – 14 May, 2025 – Global megastars Usain Bolt, world heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua, and Tony and Emmy Award-winning actor, writer and host James Corden will headline the inaugural Pho3nix Sport with Purpose Charity Gala, set for 19 September at Zurich’s iconic Dolder Grand.

A signature event by the Pho3nix Foundation, a global non-profit founded and chaired by philanthropist Sebastian Kulczyk, the Gala will bring together world-class athletes, entertainers, philanthropists and changemakers for a red-carpet evening to fuel Pho3nix Foundation’s purpose: empowering youth through sport.

Corden will host the event, guiding guests through an unforgettable night of storytelling, entertainment and purpose.

Joined by Bolt and Joshua, Corden will help spotlight inspiring stories of young athletes who’ve overcome adversity through Pho3nix programs. Guests will hear firsthand how initiatives like the Pho3nix Kids Football Program in Rwanda, the Pho3nix Move for Life Program in Thailand and Pho3nix Kids Fun Runs in Ghana are changing lives.

Guests will share powerful, personal moments with Olympians and world champions who rose from humble beginnings, alongside youth athletes and emerging talents whose journeys reflect the life-changing impact of Pho3nix programs. Together they embody the transformative power of sport to reshape futures through access, mentorship, and opportunity..
