- builds life skills and clear pathways toward a more positive future using the structure of rugby and its values of teamwork, discipline, and hard work
- delivers Career Taster Days, creating important bridges between education and employment for young people with limited exposure to professional environment

Our Liverpool program delivers exceptionally strong results, with the vast majority of participants progressing into full-time education and employment, reporting improvements in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
