Bianca Bustamante
BIOGRAPHY
Filipina racing prodigy Bianca Bustamante has been on a singular path since first getting behind a wheel at just three years old. The first female to join the McLaren Driver Development Programme, she is steadily carving out her place in global motorsport.
After a formative two-year campaign in F1 Academy, Bianca stepped up to a full 2025 season in the GB3 Championship with Elite Motorsport. She is now set to race in both the Eurocup-3 Championship and its Winter Series in 2026 with Palou Motorsport, gaining crucial experience on iconic circuits such as Spa, Monza, and Barcelona.
Her journey is about more than progression up the racing ladder. Bianca is driven by a bigger ambition: to prove that Asian drivers belong on the world stage and that women can compete and win at the highest level of a traditionally male-dominated sport. Her ultimate goal: becoming the first female Formula 1 driver of her generation.
