Katarzyna Krawczyk

Her sporting adventure did not begin with wrestling, but with ju-jitsu training. She was encouraged to practice this discipline by her German teacher who brought a medal from a ju-jitsu competition won by her son to her class. Since then, sport has become one of the most important passions in her life. She trained ju-jitsu from the age of 9 to 13. She won medals of several martial arts organisations. In 2014 she joined the student sports club "Ołów" Ryn, in the discipline of wrestling where the coach was Edward Szypulski. Since then she has been very successful in this discipline.

          9th place - Rio Olympic Games 2016

          5th place World Championships - Budapest 2018

          Bronze medal European Championships - Dortmund 2011

          5th place European Championships - Caspian 2018

          Silver medal European Games - Baku 2015

          Bronze medal Military Games - Wuhan 2019

          Bronze medal European Junior Championships - 2008, 2009, 2010

          Gold medal Military World Championships 2017, 2014

          Silver medal Military World Championships 2016

Success is knowing that I have done everything I can toward my goal. That self-awareness is already a victory regardless of the end result.
